High Protein Hot Cereal

Two Servings

Cook time 20 min

 

Ingredients:

 

 

2 cups water

1/4 cup premuim walnuts

1/2 cup Red's Mill Brown Rice Farina

1/4 cup organic raisins

2 scoops Orgain chocolate protein powder

4 drops all natural liquid stevia

 

 

Directions:

 

In small sauce pan, bring water to boil. Stir in Red's Mill Brown Rice Farina and cook for 5 minutes.

 

Add your premuim walnuts, and organic raisins to the cooking cereal.

 

After 5 more minutes of cooking, add your 2 scoops of Orgain protein powder, and liquid stevia.

 

Cook your cereal another 5-8 minutes until desired texture. Feel free to add organic non fat milk for a more creamy, smooth consistency. Enjoy!
