Peanut Butter Protein Parfait

Two Servings

Ingredients:

 

 

1 cup non-fat greek yogurt

1/4 cup Ancient Grains Granola

2 tbsp  organic peanut butter

1 tbsp  organic honey

 

 

 

Directions:

 

In a medium sized bowl, add peanut butter and greek yogurt. Stir until peanut butter has blended well with the greek yogurt. 

 

Stir in the honey, and the granola. If you need it to be sweeter, add another half tbsp of honey. Enjoy!
